Bar and Books is one of the best bar in Prague. I have just returned from a weeks holiday there and felt i had to tell as many people as i can about this place. Bar and books is by no means the cheapest place in Prague to drink but i can assure you now it is quite simply the best. Infact it is that good that i have arranged to have my birthday there tis year because i want to show all my friends this bar. Yes its small (seating for about 30 people) yes its quiet (no dance music etc) but the service you will receive is quite simply 1st class. Imagine a place where everytime you get a cigarette out of your packet someone lights it for you, a place where your bar snacks always refill, a place where if you dont like the music they will change it for you and a place where you can get any drink you want. Well this is only the start of what Bar and books can offer you. If your in Prague you need to visit this place just to see how great it is.
